EziTag Conference Supplies collects the details you enter on this page for one reason: to answer your enquiry about onsite badge printing hire.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, event date, approximate attendee numbers and anything you type into the message box. We do not collect payment details on this site.

How we use it

To contact you about your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form without asking you first.

Who can see it

Our own team, and the systems we use to run the website and send the notification email. Those providers store data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.

Cookies and measurement

This page uses cookies to measure how the site performs and how people found it. You can block cookies in your browser without losing the ability to send an enquiry.

Getting your details removed

Email sales@ezitag.com.au and we will remove your details from our records.

Hire terms, in short

• Freight is charged at cost. It is not included in the hire and it depends on where your event is.
• Breakages and losses. This is equipment hire, and we reserve the right to charge for any breakages or losses.
• Deposits. We may ask for a deposit when you are booking more than two units.
• Badge stock. There are no refunds on excess stock ordered, so tell us your numbers and we will help you order sensibly.
